We are one of Michigan’s largest Kiwanis clubs — funding scholarships, supporting families, and building a stronger Washtenaw County.
What We Do

Every dollar we raise flows back into scholarships, families, and community grants.
Kiwanis Foundation Thrift Sale
The Foundation’s major service project, and the engine that funds everything else. Open Fridays 9am–1pm and Saturdays 9am–3pm.
Finish Line Scholarships
Full-ride scholarships covering books, tuition and fees — awarded in both first and second year, so students finish their WCC degree.
Warm the Children
Winter clothing for Washtenaw County families in need. The Club and Foundation are the official local sponsor.
Community Grants
Grants to children and family service agencies doing hands-on work across Washtenaw County.
Community Impact
A century of measurable, local impact
Since 1921 the Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor Foundation has returned more than $14,287,416 to Washtenaw County in grants, scholarships, services and donated goods.
In Fiscal Year 2025 alone the Foundation distributed $1,346,794, provided $118,787 in full-ride scholarships for Washtenaw Community College students, and added a substantial solar installation at The Kiwanis Center.
